ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate - Commercial is responsible for providing clients with the products and service required, as well as maintaining good relationships with existing clients. The role holder will also be handling clients complains, concerns and escalate the same to the Business Development Manager.

ROLE PROFILE

Introduce and recommend products to clients, ensuring sales align with margin expectations.Advise clients on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions when applicable.Responsible for placing and completing orders on the system, application and markets.Collaborate closely with sales coordinators to ensure high levels of customer service and seamless order processing..Maintain and sustain excellent partnerships with all clients through regular communication and relationship-building activities.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure the implementation of MAF Retail’s corporate policies and relevant procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years’ experience in CG,CCO and Receiving .Excellent Negotiation and Influencing skills .Computer proficiency: - MS Office.First rate communication skills.Sustain long term partnership with clients.Gross sales volume.
