In this role, you will:

Maintain a high quality account portfolio through the maintenance, collections, restructuring, modification, refinancing, transferring and file updating on all leases, lease purchases, conditional sales contracts and promissory notesDisposition equipment through sales, renewal and release on all terminationsUtilize a solid understanding of company policies, procedures and collection systems in performance of dutiesReceive direction from supervisorsMake decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectivesInterpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
