Associate Communications Analyst-Temp

Position Summary:

The Associate Communications Analyst is responsible for performing QC of patient digital communication preferences and data. The analyst will also manage, track and execute patient digital communications for all Patient Experience departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, organize and update tracking of all digital communications Ability to develop a detailed project plan and maintain a project management system that tracks progress, identifies risks, and ensures that all stakeholders are informed. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents regarding analyzed success metrics for digital communications Provide oversight for all digital communications campaigns and programs for the Patient Experience team Author and update standard operating procedures associated with the digital communications process Work with leadership to provide support and troubleshooting as needed. Establishes ongoing working and collaborative relationships with other departments, outside vendors and call centers that directly impact the overall patient experience. Continues to seek new and creative technologies and implements procedures that help identify and guide improvement opportunities. Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and team player skills Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire

 

 

 

 

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.Remote USA$29—$36 USD
