Yum! Brands’ Internal Communications & Engagement team is in search of a multifaceted and adaptive Associate Manager, Internal Communications. This role is ideal for a resourceful individual who excels in working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively across many partner teams in the organization to deliver results that drive action.
Salary Range: $107,800 to $126,700 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the functional execution of internal communications strategy and change management. Works closely with assigned partner groups, including with senior leaders, to produce work that ranges from to one-off communications that are needs based to regular, ongoing communication or large-scale campaigns that drive behavior change.
Identifies strategic need by the partner group
Develops a communication plan to achieve defined success goals
Works across teams to implement plan and drive ongoing change
Supports cross-functional strategic communications, clearly articulating and communicating initiatives to shape and drive the global business strategy.
Collaborates across teams to break down organizational silos and present consolidated communications that break through the clutter and have maximum employee impact.
Creativity identifies ways to tell stories beyond communicating facts.
Supports executive communications including speaking points, speeches, FAQs, ghostwriting, and town-hall execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or related field.
Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on writing, editing, presentations and strategic comms planning
At least 8 years of experience in communications.
Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
