Healthcare Compensation Consulting Services guides boards, compensation committees and senior leaders through the complexities of regulations and competition for talent. The practice provides our clients the ability to tailor competitive and compliant compensation plans that help them attract, retain and develop their talent. Our team is looking for an Associate Compensation Consultant to join our growing practice by delivering high quality analysis, maintaining productive client relations and contributing to profitable sales of our consulting services. How you'll make an impact Duties include: Client Relationship Management Assist senior team members in establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships. Participate in client conference calls to address specific client projects, questions or issues. Participate in the plan design and implementation processes as appropriate. Become familiar with client issues, client plans, and regulatory issues. Develop subject matter expertise, share innovations, assist in more complex research and analytics. Support on key projects and may lead smaller projects. Project Management Work with senior team members to assure the delivery of high-quality consulting services to clients. Develop and manage strong relationships with peers and internal resources. Attend planning meetings to discuss project status and ensure the completion of client work within timelines. Understand client expectations - offer ideas and suggestions during the planning meetings and throughout the various phases of the project, as appropriate. Keep Senior Leaders abreast of each project’s status, ensuring the full team is aware of current project work status Consulting/Client Work Look for opportunities to build client relationships and fulfill consulting services, as appropriate. Conduct compensation analysis and position benchmarking to ensure that clients have competitive and cost effective compensation policies and practices Participate in client meetings Support development, implementation, analysis and/or administration of the client's cash and non-cash compensation programs Assist in proactively designing and delivering reward solutions and policies in line with the client's HR and business strategies Meet regularly with a senior consultant for mentoring, coaching, and to review performance, goals, and initiatives.
