Associate Compensation Partner - System Wide

Hire can work anywhere within the continental US, but must be open to working eastern time zone hours.** **Summary** In support of the Compensation team and HR leaders, conduct a variety of compensation services, including audits, case management/resolution, reporting and administration of retention agreements and interim pay adjustments. Provide support for cyclical compensation activities such as the annual rewards cycle process, annual market review and pay equity analysis. **Essential Job Functions** + Manage Compensation’s utilization of ServiceNow, including case triage and resolution, as well as configuration changes. Develop a thorough understanding of the tool and function as team expert. + Administer retention agreements and interim pay arrangements, which includes development and distribution of agreements, tracking of executed agreements and upcoming payments and submission of payroll directives, and reporting of trends. + Liaise with Finance, Payroll and the HRTS team to address invoice processing, pay/job corrections and data uploads. + Assist Compensation Analysts with completion of analytical work (market analysis, market pricing, job evaluations) when needed. + Prepare a variety of Human Resources reports, as requested, using an Access Database, Excel, Payfactors (compensation management tool) or Workday (HRIS). + Assist with creation of training materials and knowledge resources to be delivered to the Associate Services Center Service Advisors and/or posted on ServiceNow. + This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job. Employees may be required to perform other job related duties as required by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodation. **Patient Population** Not applicable to this position. **Employment Qualifications** Required Minimum Education: + 4 Year/ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience + Specialty/Major - Business, Human Resources, Accounting/ Finance or other related field + Combination of post-secondary education and experience in lieu of a degree. **Minimum Qualifications** Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Previous experience using a personal computer and various software packages (e.g. Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: 1+ year healthcare experience, Workday experience **Working Conditions** + Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur. + General office environment. + Required to car travel to off-site locations, occasionally in adverse weather conditions.
