For more information, please visit: https://www.thecommunityagency.com/en-us **Overview** The Associate Connections Director is a pivotal role within the planning team and the agency, responsible for leading digital and social strategies for brands. This position involves not only executing digital programs but also providing strategic counsel to account and creative partners, ensuring alignment with the client's short- and long-term business goals. The Associate Connections Director will work closely with multi-functional teams, mapping out the consumer journey and identifying the best opportunities to connect with consumers at each touchpoint. Additionally, this role includes managing the agency’s internal influencer discovery and partnership process. This person will develop relevant social insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance the overall business strategy. **Responsibilities** + Lead Campaign Strategy: Create and oversee campaign social briefs, providing clear direction, inspiration, and education to creative teams. + Consumer Journey Mapping: Assist in strategic thinking and ideation for new business by mapping out the consumer journey and identifying optimal touchpoints for engagement. + In-Depth Analysis: Dive deep into clients’ CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle strategies to understand: + Competitive landscapes and whitespace opportunities. + Strategies to build deeper relationships with customers. + Opportunities to evolve existing programs for exceptional experiences. + Cross-Channel Recommendations: Provide social recommendations that align with broader cross-channel campaigns. + Guidance Development: Assist in developing social playbooks and POVs to inform agency teams and clients about emerging trends and changes in the social landscape. + Influencer Management: Help manage the agency’s internal influencer discovery and partnership process, identifying potential partnerships that align with client objectives. + Collaborative Relationship Building: Foster collaborative relationships with other agency capabilities, partner agency teams, and key stakeholders. **Qualifications** + Experience: 7-10 years of digital or social strategy experience in an advertising creative agency (or similar role), indicating a greater depth of expertise in strategic leadership. + Research Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of research tools, including Helixa, Infegy, Crimson Hexagon, or similar platforms. + Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills paired with high emotional intelligence and exceptional problem-solving abilities. + Communication Skills: Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills, capable of effectively engaging clients, teammates, and external partners. + Time Management and Flexibility: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams while maintaining attention to detail and adaptability. + Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and Keynote. + Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed. **Additional information** Compensation Range: $105,165- $165,485 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
