POSITION - ASSOCIATE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - HIGH PROFILE CONSTRUCTION CLIENT

Arcadis is seeking an Associate Construction Project Manager to join our Places project and program management team. This position is located on site with a high profile client in the New Haven area.

Role description:
In this role you will be joining a talented team of skilled professionals focused on delivering outstanding client service helping them program, plan, and deliver their capital construction project. We are seeking a highly experienced construction project professional who is a great Arcadis ambassador to our client. Can this be you?
Role accountabilities:
As an Associate Construction Project Manager, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Some of the key responsibilities include:
Experience working on a range of construction projects in a similar role with small to medium sized ICI projects. It would be great if you had experience working on educational projects or athletic facility projects Experience working with construction schedules/costs/scopes of projects, etc. Comfortable working with project budgets and the impact that change orders may have on projects from both a time and cost perspective Able to work with a range of project professionals from project stakeholders as well as internal and external team members, vendors and suppliers. Ability to read and interpret related SOW, technical specifications, drawings, etc. Commitment to quality to work completed in a safe working project environmentRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field 10 or more years' relevant construction experience, including 5 years’ experience of managing of small- to medium-sized projects Professional accreditation in a relevant discipline (e.g., Construction Manager in Training [CMIT], Certified Construction Contract Administrator [CCA], Certified Construction Manager [CCM]) is desired Strong technical skills related to project software like: Excel, MS Office, MS Projects, etc.Continue your career journey as an Arcadian.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $94,760 to $142,140 per year
