Role Summary:
The role involves development and support of various business systems. Expectation is to work under general supervision (but works independently most of the time), responsible for providing production support on various applications used by business and analyzing operations procedures, processes, and problems to identify areas for automation or improved workflow, interact with staff in analyzing existing operational procedures and interpreting how client needs can be better met.
What you will do
Provide support for functional and technical queries, ensuring superior client service to the business users.Ensure all queries and issues are investigated and resolved with urgency, providing sufficient detail to support closing the issue.Interact and liaise with IT teams to resolve issues in a timely fashion.Interact and liaise with external vendors to resolve functional & technical queriesmProvide support for new business take-on as well as growth within the existing client base.Review existing procedures, processes, and problems and recommends where automation or improved processes can be implementedInvestigates and identifies root causes of errors. Re-engineers processes to ensure that client needs are met and efficient processes are in place.Determines business requirements. Prepares feasibility and cost effectiveness proposals. Creates and writes procedures for manual workflow or system changes for the work area.Able to serve as a key subject matter expert within the team as well for business teamsBuild strong working relationships with other departments throughout the organization.
