What you’ll do:

As an associate consultant in the education division, you will partner with senior advisers to:

Organize and orchestrate detailed change management programs and high-quality deliverables Decipher education leaders’ greatest needs Identify data-driven insights about your client school systems and institutions Translate insights into action for your clients Influence leaders and teams to align and act by building deep client relationships Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions Position and design sustainable solutions for ongoing growth and business impact

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree required At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities and professional work Availability to start in June 2025 — apply early for priority consideration Ability to work on-site at Gallup’s Washington, D.C., office at least three days a week Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Gallup offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $60,000-$70,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience, skills and geographic location. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses.
