> Preparation of quarterly operational plan in line with approved annual plans as per operational ease and land availability
> Preparation of rolling monthly operational plans in line with approved quarterly/ annual plans 
> Optimization of Coal and OB quantity during the preparation of short term operational plan 
> Optimization of Coal and OB lead distance to reduce operational costs 
> Interaction with Corporate Mine Planning/ Technical Services team for the preparation of operational plans 
> Preparation of Monsoon plans (Settling pond, Dewatering pumps/ pipelines, Sump location and depth, discharge points, etc.)  
> Review of Coal Mining Service Agreement (CMSA) and follow technical parameters as described in the document  
> Preparation of contractual documents pertaining to short term mine operational planning of coal mine 
> Provide technical support to project site team for budget Planning of running projects  
> Explore options for introducing new technologies to our mines for bringing operation ease and cost effective solutions
> To interact with other stakeholders/ department within Adani group as well as with external consultants/ technical teams for implementation of "Digital Technology" initiatives in Mining business 
> Take site visit, collect local data and prepare technical note for upcoming commercial coal blocks and MDO blocks  
> Interact with external agencies (CMPDI, CMRI, etc.) and provide support for conducting technical study, audits, etc. related to mining activities 

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech Mining

Proficient in usage of Mining Software (Minex/ Surpac/ Autocad/ Minesched/ Data mine/ Deswik/ Vulcan/ and/ or other similar software)

2-3 Years relevant experience

Demonstrated ability of managing multiple CAPEX, OPEX and mine planning related data
