Provides high quality, on-time input to client projects in the life sciences field. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions. May serve as project leader for small teams or work streams.
Essential Functions
Coordinating, executing, and leading the Patient Support Programs (PSP/PAP) requested from clients.Manage the program process, quality, and progress.Provide proposal to the requested client for the Patient Support related programs.Organize a nurse educator group.Manage the compliance related process and material.執行專案之疾病與產品諮詢,例如:藥品、針劑、醫材…等,以及相關衛教服務,協助專案的各項執行且細心,其執行項目如下:
具有與醫療相關人員及病患良好的溝通能力負責專案之提案、報價及後續專案執行目標導向,掌握專案進展、專案截止日與流程設計/優化維護既有的客戶關係及負責新客戶開發; 擔任國際藥廠客戶、衛教師個管師、醫師、供應商等等溝通窗口依專案需求衛教師個管師管理、緊急問題處理內、外部稽核準備及合規管理定期彙整專案報表或其他主管交辦事項Qualifications
