JOB OVERVIEW You will be part of a team that values curiosity, expert insights, and intellectual courage. You will engage in all aspects of data and analytics, including synthesizing data; conducting descriptive and prescriptive data analysis; and using frameworks such as hypothesis testing to generate and communicate insights, in partnership with senior industry experts to shape Aon's point-of-views, new markets, and sales opportunities. You’d find yourself talking to the client, presenting insights from work performed during the day. You’ll close the day by addressing concerns if any. You will also identify need gaps that help develop value propositions for our clients. We expect you to show ownership, accountability, and extreme learning agility. We would love for you to show us depth not only in solution areas but also recommendation on how Aon consulting can use output for client’s business. Collaborate with clients and internal counterparts to understand client requirements. Conduct deep sectoral and sub sectoral analysis focusing on but not limited to macroeconomic outlook, key business drivers, key business risks, talent imperatives through secondary research. Conceptualize and drive primary research across key human resource imperatives. Focus to be on survey design, data collection methodologies, data analysis and insight generation. Build predictive data algorithms using both primary and secondary data sources to be able to predict key talent outcomes for our clients. Work on productizing proven predictive analytics models and evaluate product market fit and build go to market strategy. Convert data driven insights/survey findings into simple engaging storyline and marketing collaterals. Drive internal process efficiency through introduction of advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning algorithm, NLP etc. You’d find yourself talking to the client, presenting insights from work performed during the day. You’ll close the day by addressing concerns if any. Demonstrate deep understanding of the business issues and trends in one or more industry sectors. (Start-up, IT Services, IT Product, BPO, GCC) Build POV's on industry that are forward looking, address probabilities and implications, and analyze cross-sector topics intended to be relevant to a larger human capital audience. Supports industry and identify, analyze major issues driving today's Human Capital dynamics and shaping tomorrow's talent marketplace. Structure and execute on project management and performance improvement initiatives to continuously drive process efficiency. Build subject matter expertise in a specific market over a period. Provide methodological guidance and input on research scope to ensure its feasible and within budget. Knows how to implement research projects - from the ground up, from end-to-end. Deep knowledge of data science capabilities such as NLP, Machine learning techniques Advanced statistical knowledge covering but not limited to multi variate dimension reduction, clustering techniques, decision trees, logistic regression etc. Independent, proactive with solution thinking & design. Strong Learning Agility and storytelling skills. Ability to flex conceptual thinking. Passion for driving results and focused on outcome and process. Strong executive presence: ability to confidently manage CXO-level relationships. Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen. Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.) Experience handling multiple priority activities/projects at once within allotted SLAs SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data. Significant comfort with MS Excel, power point, R/Python, or packages such as SPSS. Advanced business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with English language Quality orientation and eye for details Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple projects.
