About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience0-2 years of experience transforming digital content in a similar industry or through related coursework.

What will you be doing in this role?

Move between tasks (Check-in, Capture, Audit) as requested to deliver high-quality data within defined timelines, actively engaging in workflow management and quality controls to ensure accuracyProactively identify and report issues that may impact the ability of the team to achieve production targets, collaborating with partner teams to resolve identified issues. Collaborate with partner teams to resolve content issuesShares functional and technical knowledge with other team members.Contribute to problem solving, collaboration, process improvement, and information sharingProvide trusted insights and analytics to accelerate the pace of innovationImprove the way the world creates, protects, and advances innovationMove new content sets to productionWork collaboratively with content owners, product managers, editorial, systems, and manufacturing staff to ensure that content supports product, platform, and manufacturing standards; sustaining the quality of ingested content; and contributing to process and system improvements

Hours of Work 

Full time, permanent Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours may be required On-site (Ypsilanti) 5 days a week is required
