Associate Content Quality Coordinator

The Linear Schedule Team plays a critical role in uncovering, escalating, and resolving data anomalies as well as refining our processes to improve Comscore TV data quality. The team is responsible for ensuring that content is accurate and attributed to the correct ratings, with an emphasis on reviewing the data received directly from clients who use Comscore TV products.

Typical Key Activities

Document receipt of incoming schedule data files, archives files and maintains digital filing systemCollect, analyze, validate and reconcile time-sensitive client provided schedule data to ensure accuracy before data finalizationQC data to ensure that TV schedules, titles and metadata are complete and correct in product reportsUse web-based tools to identify discrepancies, document findings and update reports accordingly so that accurate data is supplied to end-users.Perform research to ensure data and metadata accuracyMonitor reports to ensure that schedule and content changes are appropriately reflected in the data exported to Third Party Processors and Comscore TV productsCollaborate with IT, Product, Account Management and Client Services to investigate discrepancies and ensure consistency and accuracy of report contentEscalate data issues to appropriate development teams using JIRA and assist with investigating and validating problem resolutionCommunicate directly with clients to resolve data discrepancies and answer client questionsWorks closely and communicates with teammates to ensure all assigned work is completed in a timely manner; occasionally work under tight deadlinesEnsure data integrity by holding yourself and clients accountable for following the Comscore Titling Rules and proceduresDevelop knowledge of the Comscore data maintenance and monitoring tools along with client facing products the team supportsPay rate: $17.25 Hourly

Qualifications

High School Diploma RequiredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred1 + years’ experience in an analytical, research and problem-solving capacityAbility to independently gather, compile and analyze dataWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced work environmentDemonstrated experience providing outstanding attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively across multiple organizations and teamsKnowledge and interest in the television and home entertainment industry is a plus
