Associate Coordinator
Job Title: Part-Time Associate, Organizational Product Coordinator (25-32 hours a week)

Job Description

Support the development, implementation, and sustenance of a global product storage strategy by working with client teams to organize and maintain their spaces and products. Partner with the S+O Organizational Product Coordinator to provide strategic and tactical professional organizing services, including product liquidation, unpacking and organizing support, and special storage projects.

ResponsibilitiesLead, act as point of contact, and/or support S+O sessions with client teams to optimally manage product samples and materials.Serve as an onsite partner for teams, providing hands-on assistance during each session, directing support squad work, and tracking/documenting post-session metrics as needed.Collaborate with S+O Organizational Product Managers to ensure seamless execution of session strategy.Participate in team meetings, manager meetings, trainings, and client consultations as directed.Ensure quality control and that client needs are met or exceeded for each support session and interaction within the S+O scope of work.Become an expert in end-of-lifecycle processes, S+O best practices, and assist with training/education of clients and other support team members.Contribute insights and feedback into new and existing SOPs within S+O’s playbook.Perform accurate data entry tasks and email communication as directed.Prepare for sessions and deliver organizational supplies to clients as needed.Additional duties and special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsCustomer service-orientedClerical skillsData entryExcel data entryInventory controlOutlookOffice supportAdministrationProject and/or administrative experience preferredStrong spatial and organizational awarenessAdaptability and ability to navigate ambiguityCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsAction-oriented and initiative-takingTeam player with ability to work independentlyProfessionalism and excellent customer service skillsDiscretion with sensitive informationRelationship management skillsWillingness to take on new challengesWorking knowledge of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)Familiarity with Lean/5S is preferredAdditional Skills & QualificationsAptitude for organizing physical spacesBackground and/or experience in Professional OrganizingAbility to translate business requirements into space solutionsCreative thinking and on-the-spot problem solvingExperience in managing a wide variety of client personalities and internal/external personnelWork Environment

This role is 100% onsite (four days per week) and is physically demanding, requiring working on one's feet for at least 3 hours at a time and lifting items up to 50 lbs. An optional 1-hour team meeting is available on Mondays from 9-10am, which can be joined virtually or onsite. The role offers 25-32 hours per week, with primary workdays being Tuesday-Thursday. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
