**Job Location:** 375 Hudson Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10014, Required to work from Company Office in NY, NY certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.
**Job Type:** Full Time
**Rate of Pay:** $112,500.00 to $118,125.00 per year
**Responsibilities**
**Duties:** Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. Design comps, storyboards, initial graphics, and final deliverables. Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insights and creative inspiration. Demonstrates to clients that an understanding of their marketing challenges and is responsive to their strategic needs in proposing creative solutions. Trains new employees on responsibilities and agency procedures and works with current creative staff to help them achieve professional and personal goals. Develops and evaluates creative concepts, copy and art, at pre-determined points and providing direction prior to review by account management. Sets high creative standards that lead to a body of work that creates enthusiastic customers and clients and is consistently recognized by agency management as on strategy and unique. Ensures that creative presentations to the client meet the highest professional standards. Manages the workload for assigned book of business to maximize the productivity and quality of work from the creative staff. Brainstorm and develop campaigns while working with clients on multiple projects.
**Qualifications**
**Requirements:** Employer will accept seven years of professional experience in the job offered or seven years of professional experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Experience must include one year in each of the following:
1. Campaign Design: creation and delivery utilizing Google Docs Suite and Keynote;
2. Asset Creation: creation, production, and execution of original creative concepts utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimension, Dragonframe and Midjourney AI;
3. Photography: Asset capture with Leica Q2, Sony A7IV/A9, and PROFITO B1X500 lighting for brand marketing;
4. Design Directing: maintain design quality, communication and supervise creative vision for film/content production;
5. Client Management: Present proposals and utilize client feedback to ensure creative vision aligns with client objectives;
6. Project Delivery: Coordinate with various departments to provide creative expertise, coordinate resources, and manage timeline .
7. Content Editing: Tethering, Lighting, and color manipulation using Adobe Lightroom and Capture One Pro;
8. Social Media: create video content and digital live billboards using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro;
9. Social Media Strategy Planning: Develop overall visual and message strategy, and guide effective content distribution by trend spotting, forecasting, and planning using Google Slides and Google
Docs.
Required to work from Company Office in NY, NY certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.
