Associate Creative Director (Hybrid)
Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $70 - 80 per hourWe are seeking an Associate Creative Director (Concept & Copy): Campaigns to lead the development of engaging campaigns from concept to execution across various marketing touchpoints, including grocery delivery, registries, and everyday necessities. The ideal candidate is a strategic, conceptual thinker and storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will create bold, full-funnel campaigns (TV, digital, social, print, and in-store) and guide junior creatives while collaborating with design leads to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions.Responsibilities:Collaborate Across Channels: Create and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints (owned and paid). Build trust with stakeholders in a complex organization to ensure creative consistency across channels. Develop compelling leadership and pitch decks to align strategies and creative direction. Culture-Driven Creativity: Ensure campaigns authentically reflect diverse customer needs and lifestyles while maintaining brand voice. Develop meaningful storytelling and concepts to align with key cultural moments. Project Leadership: Oversee high-profile projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring all elements are on-brand and on-brief. Manage, mentor, and develop creative teams while providing actionable feedback and direction. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase creative efficiency. Industry Insight & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep creative outputs competitive and innovative. Quality Assurance & Execution: Maintain a high standard of quality and ensure all creative executions meet objectives and timelines. Oversee production shoots and ensure assets align with campaign goals and creative vision. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in creative writing, advertising, or related field. 10+ years of professional copywriting experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role. Strong portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns across TV, video, social, digital, experiential, and print channels. Proven ability to develop culturally relevant creative ideas and storytelling. Proficient in design and collaboration tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, and Slack. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).
