What You'll Do

As a multi-disciplinary creative - Associate Creative Hybrid (Copy) at BCG, your role is to transform strategic insights developed by our consultants into clear and engaging content and visual storytelling. You will:

 

Collaborate with consulting teams to capture and convert complex business strategies into compelling presentations and messaging in different formats that enhance understanding and engagement.Conceptualize creative solutions, applying innovative creative principles to develop branding and creative concepts, both as individual contributor and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Craft impactful messages for a variety of platforms, including digital ads, corporate communications, and strategic presentations, ensuring all content aligns with the project’s strategic goals.

Driving Storytelling: You excel in transforming strategic insights into compelling stories, effectively communicating complex ideas across mediums such as digital ads, branding, video, and corporate communications.Collaborative Creativity: You thrive in both team settings and solo projects, bringing enthusiasm and a constructive perspective to collaborative projects, and exhibiting focus and creativity when working independently.Eagerness to Learn: You possess a natural curiosity about how things work, actively seeking to understand more about business and strategy as they relate to design.Task Management: You are adept at organizing your workload and managing tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects with an eye for detail and quality.

What You'll Bring

Professional Experience: You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in copywriting in agency, corporate, tech company or consultancy setting, demonstrating a foundation as well in visual communication and design principles.Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in using Microsoft Powerpoint, Miro, and Figma, and are familiar with other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Language Skills: You possess native-level communication skills in English, being able to proof and edit extensive documents. Additional language skills are a plus, reflecting our global working environment.Strong Portfolio: You have a portfolio that showcases a wide range of writing styles, including advertisements, branding projects, and long format pieces such as articles, reports and/or white papers, demonstrating your ability to think creatively and execute compelling stories.Global Perspective: Experience working in or with global teams is highly desirable, as it shows your ability to navigate and succeed in a diverse working environment.
