Associate Curriculum Design Manager
Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

Are you passionate about empowering sales teams through impactful training programs? As our Associate Sales Education Manager, you’ll design and manage innovative learning experiences for our Acute Care sales team, from new hire onboarding to advanced professional development. Partnering with sales and marketing, you’ll drive measurable growth by enhancing current programs and creating new ones tailored to team needs.

This is a hybrid role located in Portage, MI.

What you will do:

Supporting Patient Care, Patient Handling, and Vocera sales forces

Demonstrate product and sales expertise to design and execute sales education programs, including driving the training objectives and curriculumEvaluate various selling methodologies and incorporate best practices that improves educational curriculumEvaluate current sales education program structure, and identify areas of opportunity and program growthCollaborates with sales and marketing leaders to design educational programs and course objectivesUtilize subject matter and educational expertise to develop and measure learning curriculumDevelop new methods to increase learning effectivenessCollaborate sales and marketing leadership to support direction on sales education objectives and contentAnalyze market/industry dynamics and evolving sales needsUtilize and maximize sales education platforms, and identify opportunities to develop new courses and learning programs – virtual and in-personRefine, develop and execute sales education strategies based on market insights and data/input following program executionEvaluate new technologies or resources that can enable more efficient or streamlined approachesDevelop and support Sales Education strategy & vision by anticipating sales needs and business priorities


Minimum Qualifications (Required):

Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 6 years of work experience required


Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in education, instructional design, or curriculum developmentDegree in fields such as Instructional Design, Education, or Curriculum DevelopmentPrevious medical device experience

Travel Percentage: 10%
