About the Role:
Responsible for partnering with the brand marketing team to define the customer experience strategy and cross-channel engagement journey for multiple customer types, including HCPs and Consumers. Requires a high degree of omnichannel expertise and collaboration with Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and agency partners to design and develop engagement strategies that are insight-driven, aim to deliver the optimal customer experience, and drive growth for the brand. Responsible for developing and delivering training to educate internal and external stakeholders on the standard engagement frameworks and best practices._
Your Contributions (include, but not limited to):Establish trust and credibility with Brand Marketing as a data-driven customer engagement expert that provides critical knowledge to propel the strategic imperatives of the brand forward
Perform in-depth analysis of behavioral and attitudinal customer insights to inform optimal engagement opportunities and channel-mix investment choices
Collaboratively design customer engagement journeys for customer segments to drive personalization with the right channels and content that are based on a deep understanding of the customer and the brand strategic imperatives
Support the creation of cross-channel customer engagements through detailed campaign design, business rules, measures, and required metadata to support measurement and analytics
Collaborate with key stakeholders (Marketing, Analytics, Sales) and agencies/vendors (media, third party program partners, etc.) to recommend channel investments
Define success measures for omnichannel campaigns and monitor performance against objectives while in-flight and retrospectively
Partner with Insights & Analytics to understand the business impact of campaigns and uncover insights to drive continuous optimization
Educate and upskill the brand teams and other stakeholders on customer engagement strategies, frameworks, and omnichannel capabilities as required
Provide input to help shape the evolution of capabilities that improve customer engagement and business growth
Document and share omnichannel best practices to reinforce learnings and successful outcomes
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, or life sciences and 10+ years of experience in digital or omnichannel marketing OR
Master's degree in marketing, life sciences or business administration
and 8+ years of similar experience as noted above
Understanding of compliance and regulatory related concepts that govern biopharmaceutical commercial activities, or similar experience from other regulated industries
Understanding and demonstrated experience with marketing in industries with complex buying processes (B2B, account-based, etc)
Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals with ability to align brand marketing and customer behavioral objectives to a comprehensive strategy that encompasses customer segmentation, channel-mix, and content strategy
Expert analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proven ability to assess and synthesize insights to inform customer engagement strategy and journey design through persuasive storytelling that brings meaningful and actionable context to drive more data-driven decision making
Emerging as an internal thought leader with technical and/or business expertise
Applies in-depth knowledge of own area of expertise to solve problems
Applies expertise to manage critical projects and/or relationships
Integrates analysis of business objectives and strategic direction to resolve problems and recommend solutions
Has input into short-term strategy and may be involved in long-term strategy on a functional level
Strong communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking, influencing skills

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $167,000.00-$241,925.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
