Position Overview:Lilly Patient Services (LPS) is a center of excellence for US patient services and customer support. Our responsibilities include the design and execution of industry-leading, multi-channel customer support solutions and services that enable better patient outcomes and help Lilly achieve business objectives. The Associate, Data Enablement is a self-starter, responsible for taking the initiative to foster cross-functional collaboration with business peers, technology solutions experts, and third parties to assess business needs and technology prerequisites. This role involves planning, enabling, and accelerating the creation and enhancement of data exchanges to support and improve Lilly's customer support program (CSP) strategies, ultimately creating positive customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Serve as business subject matter expert of the data exchanges required to facilitate Lilly customer support capabilities and offerings.Collaborate with business peers to refine high level business processes and problems into requirements, ensuring data exchanges adequately meet business needs.Provide requirements to internal tech (Tech@Lilly) and vendor partners to execute the creation and enhancements to our data exchanges.Facilitate business impact assessments by participating in development review sessions with Tech@Lilly and vendors as they develop technical solutions.Manage a repository of data transfer agreements and quality documentation with Tech@Lilly and vendor partners.Understand existing contracts in place with third party vendors, confirm that accurate contract execution and identification of new scopes of work are captured.Build, enable, and follow quality processes and governance in a highly regulated setting inclusive of quality monitoring and testing.Prepare and support internal communication plans to appropriately advise stakeholders of platform changes/outages.Create or consult on the creation of cross-functional project plans. Monitor timelines closely to confirm deliverables will meet expectations.This role may also be involved in a wide variety of projects focused on building stronger Lilly Patient Services capabilities.Building Relationships and Team ExpectationsFoster an inclusive, safe-to-speak culture and working environment.Build strong, positive relationships with peers in the Lilly matrix and third-party partners, specifically key business partners in Tech@Lilly, Digital Health, and other functions critical to program and organizational success.Participate in learning and development opportunities to ensure delivery of exceptional value to our customers and Lilly business partners, including efforts to obtain expert level of understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment, trends in digital patient support and provider workflow integration, innovation in vendor technology, and best-in-class customer engagements.Operate in a state of continuous compliance while meeting key business objectives. Drive to continuous improvement in base operations to reduce operating expenses and fuel innovation.Leverage support and escalation processes to quickly resolve issues, to trend and proactively prevent issues, and to identify opportunities to improve operations and team performance.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferred in business information systems, management information systems, business administration or related.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
