**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Interaction with key stakeholders on regular basis and identify the new Analytics business opportunities
+ Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise by Analyzing and investigating
+ Document work appropriately for production support and transition readiness
+ Acquire & enhance understanding of US Healthcare domain
+ Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
+ Drive Marketing Analytics for Healthcare Domain
+ Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
+ Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
+ Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
+ Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). **Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Quantitative, Statistics, Economics or related field
+ 2+ year of experience in Python, R, hive, SQL, Big data exposure (preferred), programming
+ 2+ years of experience with project methodology (Understanding business requirements, design, development, test, and implementation)
+ Good Understanding Statistical concepts, ML techniques, Logistic regression, random forest Predictive model development, Deep learning (preferred), Variable Selection techniques, excellent story telling skill, problem solving, able to work with ambiguity
+ Proven excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required
+ Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
