Job Description Summary:
Responsible for understanding data situations and creating communications for clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription, patient and/or sales data offerings (e.g. NPA, Xponent, DDD, NSP, WSP etc.). The candidate will also be responsible for providing support and responding to general questions about prescription and sales offerings to internal clients.
Principle Accountabilities:
Composes client-facing communications based on information collected regarding various complex data situationsProvides additional insight to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues, identifies potential solutions Independently leads online meetings and discussions (internally) related to data events/communications and projectsIndependently and following SOP’s, identifies the details needed for each communicationProvides verbal communication on weekly call with Client Service to explain data situationsIndependently, responds to questions about the data situationsPerforms audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures or to resolve routine issues Identifies ways to improve and streamline business operations, driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes Receives general questions about core IQVIA offerings and, independently, gathers information to respond to those questionsIdentifies opportunities for changes/updates to existing SOP’sMinimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or related field(s)Knowledge of the industry and an understanding of the marketplace Deep understanding of IQVIA data and methodologiesKnowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of the business Minimum 5-8 years experience with written/verbal communicationExperience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,)Additional Requirements:

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $94,200.00 - $175,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
