Position Summary

Experienced resource with expertise in Patient Analytics to provide solutions to pharma clients and guide /mentor team members

Job Responsibilities

•Proficient in advanced analytics and solve business problems leveraging various datasets and analytics approaches
•Expertise in Patient analytics with various analyses like Patient Journey analysis, Switch Analysis, Line of Therapy, Duration of Therapy, Persistency analyses etc. using patient level datasets
•Deep expertise on pharma commercial data sets, including HCP/Account prescription data, patient datasets such as APLD, EHR /EMR and internal datasets
•Ability to work on prescriptive, descriptive, and predictive models using well known ML techniques
•Strong in logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, asking the right questions and logical approach to analyse data, problems, and situations
•Lead engagements end-to-end from data analysis to final presentation, assign tasks to team members, daily task management
•Responsible for building analysis plan, executing and coordinating with various stakeholder to execute project on time
•People Management responsibilities
•Good communication - written or verbal and able to convey ideas and information clearly to client or client facing teams
•Willingness to learn and innovate

Education Bachelor of Engineering in StatisticsWork Experience

Minimum of 4.5 years of relevant experience in Pharma domain
