Associate DEIB+ Business Partner
**Your job** As a DEIB+ Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor, working closely with business leaders, HR functions, and cross-functional teams to embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB+) values into organizational processes. This role requires the application of experienced or seasoned knowledge of functional areas of expertise in order to complete moderately complex assignments with general guidance. You will play a key role in implementing initiatives that foster an inclusive culture, drive progress on DEIB goals, and promote equitable practices throughout the organization. Your ability to influence and execute will be critical in shaping a workplace where diverse employees thrive. Job postings may be extended at the hiring team’s discretion based on applicant volume.** **Who you are** + Serve as a credible advisor to themanager and IC populations, applying a DEIB lens to organizational processes, decision-making, and team dynamics. + Partner with HR teams to integrate DEIB+ values across the employee lifecycle and implement initiatives that advance representation and inclusion. + Use data-driven insights to develop strategies, monitor DEIB metrics, and measure progress. + Facilitate DEIB workshops and discussions for diverse audiences, including executive leadership. + Contribute to executive communications and public-facing DEIB+ materials. + Maintain deep knowledge of DEIB values and emerging trends, applying them to organizational change and continuous improvement. **Who we are** + 3+ years of experience in a People or HR focused, with a proven track record of leading and integrating initiatives into cross-functional and highly matrixed organizations + At least a year of experience working with data analysis or equivalent certification. + At least a year of experience leading or facilitating group conversations or presentations, a proven track record of engaging diverse audiences, and effective navigation ofdelicatetopics, or equivalent certification. + Knowledge of DEIB fundamentals, systemic inequities, and structural barriers, with the ability to apply these concepts to organizational change. **Our mission** As the world’s number 1 job site*, our mission is to help people get jobs.
