Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Associate Designer to develop and present collections to the gaming market. Responsibilities include designing garments for job functions in gaming locations (cocktail servers, bartenders, dealers, custodial and security staff); creating specific uniform designs and designs for entire properties as needed by sales and customers in major gaming markets, as well as individual gaming locations; creating proactive designs to be sold by the national sales force in gaming markets throughout the US.

 

Skills/Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design preferred 3+ years' experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, Adobe Illustrator, computer-aided design system and Web PDM Ability to execute the technical specifications as designs become samples and actual production orders Ability to travel overnight domestically or internationally up to 20% of the time

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $66,550.00 - $81,146.10/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
