**Requisition Number:** 189481 **Job Description** Cintas is seeking an Associate Designer to develop and present collections to the gaming market. Responsibilities include designing garments for job functions in gaming locations (cocktail servers, bartenders, dealers, custodial and security staff); creating specific uniform designs and designs for entire properties as needed by sales and customers in major gaming markets, as well as individual gaming locations; creating proactive designs to be sold by the national sales force in gaming markets throughout the US. **Skills/Qualifications** Required + High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design preferred + 3+ years' experience + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, Adobe Illustrator, computer-aided design system and Web PDM + Ability to execute the technical specifications as designs become samples and actual production orders + Ability to travel overnight domestically or internationally up to 20% of the time Preferred + Technical and illustrated sketching ability **​Benefits** Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
