Education · Bachelor of Science, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering Work Experience · Typical candidates will have 5+ years of experience in software engineering Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities · Highly proficient in a variety of technologies vertically and horizontally. Being proficient in multiple stacks is preferred. · Experience with CI/CD tools and techniques · Prior experience developing software using TDD and/or automated unit & integration testing · Exhibits superior communication skills, both oral and written; is clear, concise, sincere, and persuasive. Excellent listening skills and displays a genuine interest in the voice of others. · Demonstrates initiative and creativity in all work efforts. Pursues objectives beyond what is required or expected.
