Your Opportunity

The Associate Digital Commerce Manager will report into our Digital & Martech Manager, with a focused scope on ecommerce planning & execution. This position is responsible for supporting and managing annual omnichannel plans and execution that deliver against brand objectives & business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Walmart in all facets of media, search and digital shelf.

Core Responsibilities

Lead account-specific omnichannel search and display programs from inception to implementation through collaboration with customers, sales, brand marketing, agency, and other cross functional leaders to ensure the strategy is executed at the customer level.

Strong understanding of Walmart capabilities, commerce strategy, digital shelf.

Drive the growth of online sales through the execution of monthly promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to increase market share and drive brand revenue.

Develop and monitor key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Data-forward mindset to ensure all plans & tactics will deliver on expected measurement, meet program objectives and KPIs.

Expertise in the Retail Media Network space, and the passion to work closely with RMN partners to optimize programming, commitments and overall success.

Manage a close relationship with agency executional arm to ensure error-free work.

Responsible for annual budget tracking, contract and invoice management

Manage asset collection and upload into 3rd party and retail media platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.  

Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching, or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project.

Expertise in digital marketing/ecommerce, including retailer media platforms, mobile and social, the digital shelf and retailer search.

Self-starter with a passion for executing with excellence and thrives in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable, resilient, and resourceful.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfort adjusting to frequent business pivots.

Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail.

Outstanding communication (written & oral) and presentation skills.

Solution oriented with the ability to find creative solutions and can think innovatively.

May travel up to 15%.
