About the Opportunity:

Are you a creative, detail-oriented designer looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking an Associate Digital Designer to join our Content & Creative Digital Marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Art Director.

This role is ideal for a designer with 2-4 years of experience who is eager to take their skills to the next level—working on impactful digital and print projects while collaborating with a team of creatives. You’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table, contribute to brand campaigns, and refine your craft in a dynamic setting.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days** #LI-Hybrid

Role Includes:

Participation in the creative process

Working primarily on digital projects with some print requirements

Proactively collaborating with the art director and designers when discussing briefs

Executing the design requirements and elements of any project

Managing multiple projects across various verticals

Collaborating with different teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and customer service to ensure a consistent aesthetic across all channels

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

2-4 years of design experience in an agency or in-house creative team A portfolio showcasing original work and a deep interest in design trends

Experience in visualizing concepts to demonstrate ideas

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Strong communication and time management skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Familiarity with HTML & CSS is a plus but not required.

Ensure a consistent aesthetic across all channels

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $65,500- $75,000 annually.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
