Kforce has a client that is seeking an Associate Digital Portfolio Manager in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities: * Associate Digital Portfolio Manager will conduct analyses and builds reports in support of effective operations for digital product management, special projects/initiatives, and/or strategic/operational planning activities * Facilitates intake & prioritization * Schedules & assists with portfolio alignment, tasks, and ceremonies * Assists in tracking and visualizing product outcomes with clearly defined metrics and targets * Sends external communications on behalf of the portfolio to increase transparency across stakeholders and business partners * Facilitates teamwork and alignment between cross-functional teams including engagement, design, analytics, engineering, and experimentation and helps to identify and resolve any risks in the plans * Assists in Annual & Strategic Planning for the Portfolio * Institutionalizes the knowledge of outcomes and lean portfolio management best practices * Identifies ways to improve and streamline agile operations * As a Associate Digital Portfolio Manager, you will foster collaboration and transparency between product, business, and engineering teams * Supports the creation of tools and processes to improve the Agile team's ability to reliably execute and relentlessly innovate * Keeps up to date with industry, competitor, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and latest trends
