Functional Description:
The GRC Platforms and capabilities team within GRC is responsible for building and implementing innovative technology solutions for risk management. We are seeking a Product Manager to become part of our global team.
Role & Responsibilities:
This position is in the GRC Data Management team within Global Risk and Compliance Line of Business. The Product Owner position will provide day to day strategic support and function as the primary point of contact owning the vision and roadmap of BAU data capabilities and platforms and the modernization efforts. Focus would be on new product development, risk management initiatives, process control and improvement and end user experience. This is a highly visible and strategic position within the company.
Partner with teams across organization to translate initiatives into actionable product features and user stories as per defined roadmap. Identify product solutions for short term tactical needs and long-term strategy. Deliver product & capabilities based on customer needs, competitive analysis and market and technology trends. Lead feature and user story definition sessions. Establish acceptance criteria, test strategy, and write user acceptance test cases. Lead scope prioritization sessions and backlog grooming. Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, business partners, and technology partners. Support governance processes for assigned product(s). Understanding of UX/UI for the products. Bring External Perspective – Explore tools and platforms available within and outside org as options for effective solutioning Partner with contributing to Scope of product and capabilities· Participate/ Contribute for release planning
· Analyzing trends, industry standards, and best practices to be employed in the offerings within and outside of organization
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years Data Management and/or Product Owner in building and launching products. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information security, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant qualification Proven Track record of Product lifecycle Management, with specific application of Scaled Agile delivery. PO/PM certification is required Domain knowledge - check this information Knowledge of BFSI, GRC or compliance framework will be required. Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/under-defined problems. Ability to compile, summarize, communicate, and present findings to leadership. Good understanding of iterative development, and Agile principles. Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus to engage, influence, align and encourage partners and business partners across geographies to drive collaboration and alignment.
