The Associate Director (AD), Analytical Platforms and Solutions will drive projects to implement innovative Business Intelligence (BI) technology, Platforms, and associated capabilities such as data democratization through Augmented /AI driven Self-serve analytics. This role will develop a roadmap to design and deliver applications using Gen AI to solve challenges within BIA and broader functional teams. The AD will also support development of best practices and guidance for the Business Insights & Analytics organization (BI&A) on process automation and leveraging advanced models. The AD will work closely with the BI&A and IT teams to evaluate new BI tools and new features of the existing technology stack, in order to implement and continuously improve self-serve, UX and visualizations based on business needs.
**Role and Responsibilities** :
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and develop effective BI solutions.
• Develop Gen AI / Machine learning solutions to reduce manual work and to improve faster data analysis and insights generations.
• Develop a strategy to democratize data through AI Driven Self-Serve analytics Solutions.
• Work with IT and the BI&A teams to implement the next generation BI & Reporting engines, platforms, and applications, driving this work through the selection process and conducting proof of concepts.
• Continuously scan the landscape of emerging technologies, tools, and techniques in the field of BI, AI and Machine Learning. Conduct regular assessments and performance evaluations of our BI platforms, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate AI driven solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI and Machine learning solutions and provide technical help to BIA org in delivering analytical solutions, including training of teams to adopt the solutions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of our BI platforms, to accelerate user adoption, change management, productivity improvement, and deliver organizational efficiency.
• Work closely with our Hyderabad-based team to explore new innovative ways to leverage technology to solve business problems and train the teams to be update with the latest AI tools.
**Requirements:**
• BS / MS in engineering, computer science or other quantitative area of study.
• 5 + years of hands-on working experience in analytics, data science, machine learning and reporting.
• Minimum 1-year hands-on experience in developing Generative AI, LLM based solutions.
• Experience in analyzing wide range of tools and provide technical details.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in programming languages (SQL, Python, or R), cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, Domino.
• Very strong knowledge of database concepts and experience with databases such as Redshift, Oracle etc.
• Hands-on Experience designing machine learning models Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch , etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical BI solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, to work independently, and as part of a team.
• Intellectual curiosity to learn new tools and explore new solutions to solve business problems.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $141,000 - $188 ,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed.
Final, individual compensation is decided commensurate with demonstrated experience.
