Associate Director, Annual Giving
**Details** + **Department:** Dell Children's Foundation + **Schedule:** Full-time, Days + **Hospital:** Dell Children's Medical Center + **Location:** Austin, TX Dell Children’s Foundation is hiring an Annual Giving Associate Director to help fulfill our Mission, Vision, and Values within Dell Children’s Medical Center. This is a full-time, on-site position. + Assists Director of Development for Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) and Senior Director of Annual Giving in the cultivation and growth of CMN fundraising year over year for Dell Children’s Foundation. + Cultivate, steward, and grow CMN corporate partner portfolio executing annual fundraising campaigns and year-round efforts with partners including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Panda Express, Costco Wholesale, Remax, Ace Hardware, Dairy Queen Credit Union for Kids, Circle K, 7-Eleven and more. + Support the onboarding of new CMN partners introduced through the national office and set them up for success on a local level. + Cultivate, steward, and grow CMN program and event fundraising activating gamers engaging in Extra Life, students engaging in Dance Marathon, media partners engaging in Radiothon, and golfers engaging in Play Yellow + Support CMN-related events such as campaign kick-offs, hospital tours, meetings, presentations,s and naming dedications. + Works closely with Dell Children’s patient families to storytelling and inspire community partners; supports the identification and onboarding of the annual CMN Champion Family for Dell Children’s. + Regularly visits partner locations and attends in-person events and gatherings (personal vehicle required). **Benefits** Paid time off (PTO) Various health insurance options & wellness plans Retirement benefits including employer match plans Long-term & short-term disability Employee assistance programs (EAP) Parental leave & adoption assistance Tuition reimbursement Ways to give back to your community _Benefit options and eligibility vary by position. Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Participate in fundraising campaigns, grant administration, major gift and/or charitable development programs. + Assist with fundraising campaigns including budgets and timelines. Coordinate the creative process, file selection, production and mailing, and the acknowledgement process. + Support strategy to train staff on marketing campaigns, soliciting donors, and defining levels of giving and benefits. Create printed materials and update databases and websites with campaign program information. + Implement donor relations/recognition activities. Develop donor confidence and relationships through effective gift solicitation, processing and acknowledgement. + Support the development and implementation of tracking strategies for solicitation efforts and perform analysis of data for results. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** + Bachelor's Degree required. + 1+ year of development experience preferred, pediatric healthcare preferred. + CMN/Dance Marathon-specific experience preferred. + Skilled in Raiser’s Edge, Google Platform (G Suite) Canva, and Adobe Suite design skills preferred. **Why Join Our Team** Ascension Seton, based in Austin, Texas, has provided thousands of associates and caregivers a rewarding career in healthcare since 1902.
