The Role

Good knowledge and hands-on experience on Azure offered Cloud Services and Azure Landing Zones(Subscriptions, Management Group, Resource Groups Policies)Providing and Reviewing Azure solutionsCreate, review of HLD, LLD and BAU process documents.Architecting and Implementing Azure Solutions(IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) based on RFS requests from customer and predefined criteria.Should have hands-on experience on Azure Resources - Azure Virtual Machine, Azure App Services(Web App, Function App, API App), Logic Apps, API Management Services,  Azure Key Vault Service, Azure Monitor, App Insights, Private Endpoints, Application Gateways, Azure Load Balancers, Log Analytics Workspace, NSG, ASG, Virtual Networks, SQL Databases,  Azure Storage Accounts, App Registrations and Azure Enterprise AppsGood Knowledge Azure IAM Concepts( RBAC Models, MFA, Conditional Access, Azure Certificates, Azure Entra ID)Collaborate with BAU team and Implement Best Practices on Azure Backup configurations, Patch ManagementGood Knowledge and understanding of Compute, Storage, Networks, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows/Linux Platform Cloud Security concepts.Collaborating with stakeholders, identifying challenges of existing Azure infrastructure, and offering Azure SolutionGiving technical providing during development, deployment, and implementation of Azure Solutions.Providing Azure Service Improvements and Azure Cost Optimization solutionsReview current BAU Operations process and streamline the process where BAU team has challenges.Take the lead in guiding other Azure BAU team members and taking handovers of Azure projects from projects team.Responsible for notifying to customer and BAU Team about industry best practices and procedures.Assisting BAU Operations on major incidents like P1, P2 and identifying Root CauseProvide technical advisories and validate on On-Prem to Azure Cloud workload migrations.Familiar with Azure DevOps Concepts, IaC code deployments using Terraform and PowerShell codes.Work with client to ensure smooth and successful Operational delivery, and deployment of complex Azure solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

•10+ years of experience in operational management, including incident management and escalations
•Experience with design and implementation of application monitoring to ensure reliability and performance meets or exceeds business goals
•Experience implementing strategies to cap operations load and to handle overflow using appropriate tooling and metrics; defining service level indicators and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, business, development, DevSecOps and Operations teams
•Solution and design experience in an enterprise environment: Windows server, Linux server (RHEL is preferred), UNIX (AIX, Solaris), •Windows server, storage, and Hyperscaler Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform); public cloud platforms such as AWS, OpenShift, Azure or GCP
•Experience working with Data format and Scripting languages JSON, YAML, Bash and/or PowerShell

Preferred Skills and Experience

•BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other highly technical, scientific discipline
•Expertise with Ansible, Terraform, and Python
•Experience with distributed technologies as well as dynamic resource management frameworks such as Kubernetes
•Expertise in leveraging open-source tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki
