The role focuses on building and enhancing the capabilities of our team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and capabilities required for an effective and efficient safety department, which is future-proofed. You will drive the development and implementation of Capability and Training programs aligned with our Global Safety Capability Model, emphasizing leadership, business acumen, compliance, and technical skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver leadership programs. - Develop comprehensive compliance training to ensure regulatory adherence. - Foster a culture of self-development and accountability for individual growth and learning. - Lead the design, development, and evaluation of effective capability building programs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals. - Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve available resources. - Integrate innovative technology-based solutions to boost employee engagement and learning. - Manage oversight of programs and materials, ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry standards. - Advocate for Safety and proficiently identify critical requirements for the implementation of new training / capability systems. Basic Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. - Extensive experience in capability building and training within regulated, complex environments. - Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Fluent English (both written and spoken). Preferred Requirements: - Master’s degree or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Proficiency in deploying advanced learning systems and technology-based training solutions. - Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP).
