Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for business development, site selection, account management, revenue growth and business expansion of data centre (DC) team in India. This includes managing exiting clients. Assisting in-city teams with transaction management/ coordination. Collaborate with teams across multiple cities in India for delivering on client requirements, Development of existing client relationships and building new ones.

About the Role:

Develop/ manage client relationships for effective understanding and delivering as per client requirements.Secure demand from all DC clients and becoming/ maintain the position of being the first advisory firm Clients reach out for supply.Perform analysis to service client requirements (total occupancy costs, market trends, benchmarks, site option review) or direct others in teams appropriately.Provide information and advice on sites, market conditions and build site selection strategies.Create, issue and manage RFPs for site search of DC clients across India.Support research and advisory team in capturing necessary market data for the DC asset class.

About You:

Intermediate to Advanced experience in MS OfficePrevious experience site selection, land acquisition and account management.Experience in transaction management or DC domain is advantageous.Strong written and oral communication skillsHigh attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
