The Associate Director, Digital Learning is a strategic and trusted advisor to the JJ Innovative Medicine Learning teams. Get ready to craft outstanding learning experiences using your technology and design expertise to support performance and drive business outcomes that serve our patients. You will use current learning technology tools from the JJ Enterprise learning ecosystem (including Xyleme and EdCast), along with some platforms that are specific to JJ Innovative Medicine.

In this role, you will partner with Learning Architects and domain experts to shape end-to-end learning that is simple, engaging, intuitive, and instructionally sound, while also being strongly aligned to business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Partner with external vendors to provide technical specifications, share timeline considerations, and recommend available technologies and how they can be best used by our Therapeutic Area and/or Key Business Function partners to meet the needs of the modern learner.Ensure our Therapeutic Areas and Business Partners move into the enterprise Learn ecosystem.Shape digital learning strategies, ensure they are aligned with leadership priorities, and drive the established learning portfolio roadmap.Serve as a product owner for various learning technologies, proactively identify business requirements for innovative learning technology solutions that will improve the user experience, reduce cost, and increase our efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with an Analyst to manage users, create content, load materials and test learning assets to ensure flawless execution in accordance with established processes.

You should be skilled in project management, learning technology, analytics and have a track record of leadership in a high-energy, dynamic environment. Balancing multiple projects and stakeholder requests simultaneously is critical. You need to be a self-starter, a skilled communicator, and a dot-connector who is solution-oriented, creative, and learner-focused.

Education:

A minimum of a BA or BS degree in Learning and Development, Technology, UI/UX, Business, Marketing, or another relevant field; Advanced degree in a related field is preferredExperience and Skills:

Required:

A minimum of 8 years of experience working within large companies and within sales training/enablement organizations or at an agency supporting large companies.Solid grasp of LD processes and platforms such as an LMS, LXP, CMS, and gaming platforms, or have related experience administering other technology platforms so that we can evolve our offerings.Solid understanding of how learning design and technology solutions fit together into a comprehensive learning strategy/approach.Strong appreciation and understanding of learning data and how it impacts the design and implementation of learning solutions (permissions, content deployment, security, metrics, etc.) and ensure user experiences that are in support of learning initiatives.Experience running SaaS learning platforms as a business product owner, including vendor management, partnering with IT resources, developing system training, and maintaining a well-organized technology environment.Strong analytical skills. Being well versed in learning analytics platforms is a plus.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of productivity tools.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
