Job Summary
 

The Associate Director, Digital Marketing Technology for Executive Education at Chicago Booth is responsible for overseeing the daily administration of Marketo and related systems. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of data within the Marketo platform, addresses synchronization issues, and manages all email programs, landing pages, and assets. The Associate Director also contributes to the strategic planning and execution of email and nurture campaigns, manages the marketing email calendar, and prepares detailed email analytics and dashboards for the Executive Education marketing team. Additionally, the role provides support for various marketing technology functions as needed.

Responsibilities

Assists with administration and ongoing maintenance of Executive Education’s marketing technology, including Marketo.Owns and maintains Executive Education data quality and data cleansing processes in Marketo, including both auto and manual updates.Manages the Marketo and Salesforce integration, resolving sync errors as necessary.Partners with the Senior Digital Marketing Systems Administrator to design, develop and maintain critical marketing metrics to enable data-driven decisions; prepares and presents regular program analytics to the marketing team and broader Executive Education team.Builds and maintains advanced/complex automation techniques in Marketo, (e.g., nurture programs, segmentation, dynamic content setup and refreshes, etc.).Supports the Senior Digital Marketing Systems Administrator with Account Based Marketing strategy and initiatives for the marketing, enrollment, and business development teams.Supports the Senior Digital Marketing Systems Administrator with systems upgrades and process-improvement tools research, initiatives and rollouts; vendor research and management.Assists the marketing team with daily email program builds and day-to-day Marketo support; serves as Marketo subject matter expert; manages the marketing email calendar.Develops and maintains systems training and resources; regularly meets with the marketing team to provide remote and in-person training (as needed).Assists the Senior Digital Marketing Systems Administrator with Sitecore (website) content updates; maintains order and organization of Executive Education’s Sitecore workspace.​Has a deep understanding of business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses. Solves complex problems relating to computer equipment capacity, limitations, and operation time.Utilizes thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements to translate business and user needs into system requirement specifications.Performs other related work as needed.

Experience:

At least three years of relevant marketing automation management experience.At least three years of marketing experience.Account-based marketing experience.

Technical Skills or Knowledge:

Working Conditions

This position is currently expected to work a minimum three days per week in the office.
