The Associate Director, EG Business Processes will be based in our Hampton, New Jersey office and will be responsible for leading a team of 4 people. The Associate Director, EG Business Processes will:

· Drive both system- and process-based efficiencies, automation and best practices within the Electronics sales and distribution network

· Manage, support maintain the master data used by the business

· Serve as a primary interface and technical support for IT development projects, including the definition of user requirements, submission of functional specifications and system solution decisions.

· Drive and support business performance growth through development management of sustainable reporting solutions, analytical tools and process improvements.

· Serve as a key interface between customer service, finance, procurement, commercial sales, IT and the Electronics production plant network

· Develop direct employees in order to increase business process, systems and data analytical solution acumen.

· Manage special projects as assigned

The Associate Director, EG Business Processes position will require occasional travel throughout the United States.

Associate Director, EG Business Processes Principal Responsibilities

Improve and extend the use of SAP to maximize operational efficiencies and best practices. Develop, maintain support interfaces, outputs data movement as needed between SAP and related systems. Drive savings through both the initiation of projects and through supporting other projects as requestedResponsible for management and execution of pricing initiatives supporting all Electronics lines of business, including associated reportingManage, support maintain the master data utilized by the business (customer masters, pricing, contracts, cylinder holdings, etc). Improve accuracy, standardization and reliability of master data through tools, audits and direct clean-upManage, develop and provide both periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested to support the Electronics organization, to drive revenue growth and to analyze performance. Manage, develop and implement automated report distribution solutions.Manage cylinder control function, rental processes and associated fixed asset register adjustments. Improve the accuracy and efficiency of associated processes including driving pricing, asset value recovery and asset turn efforts.Independently develop innovative and robust solutions that demonstrably improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance Linde's ability to serve our customersManage the Evolve application, licensing, and consultants. Develop queries and load solutions utilizing Evolve and Composer integrated automation tools. Provide training and user support.Understand and leverage Linde's abundant software and digital transformation capabilities to optimize Electronics processes, reducing manual redundant activitiesManage and execute system data conversion, migration integration projects Engage with key customers, supporting sales in resolving OTC issues or implementing new improved processes electronic solutions.Support, implement and manage electronic billing and portal billingDevelop and implement data analytics tools for extraction and visualization of data to drive business decisionsOther projects and tasks as assigned by management
