YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Targeting and Segmentation: develop and implement effective targeting and segmentation strategies to identify key customer segments.Field Force Deployment: plan, execute and continuously optimize field force deployment strategies to maximize market coverage and effectiveness.Target Allocation: allocate targets to the field force based on market analysis and performance metrics fit for business strategy.Incentive Design: work with incentive lead to design incentive programs that motivate and drive designed behavior and performance among the field force Ensure smooth daily operation: collaborate with agile central operation team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to best practices.Collaboration with multi-functional teams: work closely with customer engagement teams and other capability cluster to identify and implement the best solutions for customer needs.Data Analysis and Insight Development: work with business insight colleagues and lead to utilize data analytics to derive insights that inform strategies and decision-making processes and identify potential optimization opportunities.Cross-BU initiative leadership: lead cross-BU SFE initiatives when necessary.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Education: University degree.Languages: Fluent spoken and written Chinese. Capable of written English.Proven experience in end-to-end management of SFE activities not only in operation but also in decision making process.Experience in designing incentive programs is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.Strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Proven experience in project management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Believe in team play.Curious and open to changes and innovation.Result-oriented, self-motivated, accountable, disciplined and resilient.
