The Associate Director, Fiscal & Grant Administration is responsible for managing a team of Grant Administrators and Fiscal & Procurement Specialists within the Morrissey College of Arts & Sciences. The team is responsible for research grant administration and fiscal management of research funds for twenty-two departments. The Associate Director is responsible for setting clear priorities and goals and establishing practices and procedures. They also provide advice and guidance to faculty and staff regarding research policies and regulations to insure compliance. The Associate Director also manages a portfolio of Principal Investigators providing post-award support including budgeting, personnel matters, procurement and payment requests, financial reporting and cost projections. This entails working closely with faculty and department staff to insure their needs are met.
