Job Description
The HCP Promotions Marketing Lead will report to the Head of Marketing for QULIPTA. This role will play a critical part in leading the strategic evolution and execution of the Go to Market model in migraine prevention.
Responsibilities:
+ Development of marketing strategy and tactics to enhance customer experience aligned to business goals leveraging market insights and clinical data.
+ Lead omnichannel strategy to determine the optimal promotional approach across specialties (Neurologists, Primary Care, NP, PA)
+ Work collaboratively within the migraine prevention HCP brand team in addition to teams across the migraine portfolio team to ensure alignment (eg peer to peer team, consumer marketing)
+ Effectively manage multiple agency partners to produce deliverables within timelines and allocated budget
+ Gain approval for marketing materials through internal review processes to ensure marketing activities are in compliance with medical, regulatory and legal requirements.
+ Partner with internal cross functional groups (Legal, Regulatory, Medical, Clinical, Sales Training, Market Analytics and Business Insights) to ensure alignment and consistency of HCP strategy and execution
+ Define key performance metrics & assess performance of brand promotional investments
+ Maintain detailed understanding of disease and competitive marketplace
+ Develop and deliver presentations to key internal stakeholders (Integrated Brand Team, leadership team, sales teams) and external audiences
Qualifications
+ Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience required, or 3 years with a background in sales or strategic agency role
+ 3-4 years product management experience in direct-to-physician marketing preferred
+ Experience in mass market/retail sales or marketing preferred
+ Strong understanding of marketing strategy, fundamentals and strategic planning
+ Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
+ Healthcare industry experience with an established track record in managing industry-based marketing functions
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Must have an entrepreneurial mentality and be confident working within a fast-paced and challenging environment.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, influence and drive consensus among internal and external stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds, disciplines, and departments
+ Proven project management skills, tactical development, planning, and execution, and prioritization among competing business needs
+ Ability to define, track, analyze key performance measures and make data-driven decisions
+ Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate with various stakeholder groups
+ Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials
Other:
+ Role can be based in Florham Park, NJ or Mettawa, IL (office-based role requiring 3 days a week in office).
+ Travel ~25%. In addition to attending sales meetings, field visits, conferences, must be able to travel for key business/team events across team sites (NJ and IL).

Salary: $133,500 - $253,500
