ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is responsible for managing Takeda’s reimbursement HUB and will guide the strategic design, implementation and operational management of these services across specialty brands. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Co-Pay Support Programs, Reimbursement Hotline, Reimbursement Support Website, Foundation Support, Case Management Support..
This individual will lead the established specialty HUB program with full accountability for program operations, budget management, external partner relationships and case management functions.
The role serves as Takeda’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) for reimbursement operations, working cross-functionally with members of Managed Markets, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Contracts and Pricing, Sales Operations, Legal, Compliance, Training, Medical and Scientific Affairs and Regulatory, along with relevant external customers and stakeholders. This position requires demonstrated success in managing relationships and operations in a pharmaceutical healthcare environment.

Bachelor’s Degree required5+ years of experience in relationship management or project management role, or a related field is required, preferably in a regulated industryProficiency in all Microsoft products is requiredExperience in Patient Services, Procurement, Market Access and HUB management services are a plusCRM and/or ERP experience, including requirements for external data feeds/integration and associated reportingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding and proficiency in data analysis and reporting are a plus
