Job Summary:
Raytheon Saudi Arabia (RTN SA), a wholly owned subsidiary of RTX , is searching for a highly motivated Human Resources Partner to join the team. The incumbent will lead a team of HR as well as through the matrix organization for the end-to-end HR processes, in order to support Raytheon Saudi Arabia growth. The role is delivering human resources support impacting all employees in Saudi Arabia including Saudi nationals, US Expats and Other Foreign Nationals. The HR Partner will help drive a high performing culture that supports RTX Values as well as RTNSA Vision, Mission, and Goals.

Qualifications you must have:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience OR a Master’s degree along with 10 years of HR experience.Experience as an HR strategic business partner with demonstrated success driving business results.Ability to influence and manage change, with ability to work across functions and hierarchies of the organization and in a team environment.Experience of a wide array of Human Resources management including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits.Qualifications we value:
It is preferred to have HR experience with international companies within the defense industry and have a strong business acumen.Ability to think strategically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:
