Job Description
+ Serve as a IMABI lead supporting on market and launch indications for Venclexta CLL/MCL Team
+ Enable and demonstrate leadership on cross-functional business teams. Pro-actively identify opportunities for additional analyses, and present results to cross functional team and senior Oncology Leadership to highlight opportunities and threats to the business
+ Lead market performance discussions with INBT and Oncology Leadership synthesizing multiple sources to better understand market insights
+ Proactively develop market research plan. Design, execute and present research findings to Cross Brand Team, and upper leadership (GM/VP), Area & Affiliates, highlighting business implications.
+ Partner in continuous brand planning process, leveraging existing data to help drive strategic direction for the business for all anchors, but especially Anchor 0, 1, 2, 3, 4,7.
+ Partner with Affiliate MABI Leads for Venclexta to ensure robust working relationships and knowledge transfer across markets
+ Collaborate with other IMABI leads in other TAs to ensure consistency, enhance outputs to ensure consistent and actionable insights
+ Ability to work in complex matrix environment and navigate successfully in the environment to further the business needs.
+ Lead the thinking on champion innovation for IMABI capabilities. Proactively look for solutions to enhance capabilities.
+ Ensure all IMABI activities are conducted on time, within budget and in accordance with financial and ethical compliance guidelines
+ Embed insights and knowledge in Global, Affiliate and Area leads.
+ Chooses appropriate secondary data sources and can explain caveats to customers when answering business questions. Collaborates with BA to ensure a wholistic approach to developing KPIs for ACE, Claims data & executional metrics
+ Partner with Competitive Intelligence and Marketing to distill key competitive insights into business impacts and strategic implications
Qualifications
+ BA or BS degree required.
+ 7-10 years of experience in market research/business analytics experience required
+ Understanding drug development process, launch development and in –line product dynamics needed.
+ Oncology Preferred
+ Must be able to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
+ Previous experience developing Market Research / Analytics Plans
+ Demonstrated strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities
+ Demonstrated ability to influence cross-function teammates, global and affiliate teams in a collaborative and persuasive manner
Preferred:
+ Masters degree in Business, Science or Social Sciences preferred
+ Statistical knowledge a plus
