YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Evaluate NPC and BD products in the early phase to assess their feasibility and potential for integration into the company's portfolio. Conduct insight and landscape analysis to identify market trends, competitor landscape, and unmet medical needs in the Chinese healthcare market. Lead evidence mapping and generation activities to gather and analyze clinical data, real-world evidence, and outcomes research to support product development and market access and brand strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and integrate evidence for product launch, including developing medical communication materials, advisory board support, and scientific engagement plansEstablish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions to gather insights and support the company's medical strategy.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Clinical Bachelor Degree or higher, relevant area preferred Fluent English in written and oral communication Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill Flexible to work on multiple projects with aggressive timelines Quite familiar with China drug registration related regulatory and legal environment. Leadership without authorization Strategic thinking Cross functional collaboration Cross culture collaboration capability of using professional office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) medical expertise in related area Experience A minimum of 5 year clinical experience, or A minimum of 4-6 year pharmaceutical company in clinical development or highly relevant positions
