Job Description
Indication Lead with focus on the launch preparation of multiple RINVOQ dermatology pipeline indications.
This role will leverage your clinical understanding, deep payer knowledge, and competitive insights to shape Access deliverables for RINVOQ Dermatology on-market and pipeline indications.
The Associate Director, International Market Access & Pricing – RINVOQ is responsible for:
Addressing pricing, reimbursement, access (PRA) potential across international key markets, including the EU5, CAN, JPN, AUS, and ChinaDefine the international pricing & access strategy, prepare preliminary value materials, and influence commercial strategy & integrated evidence plans to optimize price, reimbursement, and patient access for RINVOQ in multiple dermatology indications.Collaborating with other iMAP functions such as Pricing and HTA Strategy as well as HEOR, Business Intelligence, Government Affairs, International Marketing, Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs and complementary Area & Affiliate Functions, to ensure solid understanding of international payer markets and emerging stakeholders in the reimbursement areasRepresenting the Access Voice at asset strategy meetings, international brand team meetings, dermatology-focused leadership presentations and other cross-functional related activities.Refining the Integrated Access Strategy for RINVOQ dermatology based on the evolving access landscape & key affiliate learningsCollaborating with Area leads to help affiliates localize & execute the Global Integrated Access StrategyQualifications
BA/BS degree required.Proven track record of being able to successfully interact with all levels of area, affiliate and internal authority across divisions (including International Commercial Leaders, Clinical Development, HEOR, Medical Affairs and Regulatory, as well as peer equivalents in other market access teams). Must be up to date on the latest compliance issues pertaining to Corporate guidelines, interactions with HCPs and External Experts and the conduct of market researchThe candidate must possess strong leadership, intrapersonal, critical thinking and analytical skills to work with a variety of groups in ensuring that the strategic direction for market access and pricing is in balance with the market as well as corporate goals.The candidate must be sensitive to cultural and market differences as they will interact and travel to multiple countries in their role.This candidate must have strong presentation and writing skills.The candidate must have at least 6 years of progressive experience preferably in a variety of areas including market access, managed care marketing, key account management, payer support, commercial marketing, HEOR, pricing, and payer policy
Preferred:
MBA, MS, Pharm D, or other advanced degree preferred. A Background in managed care, payer marketing, global market access policy, or a related field is preferredStrong knowledge of pricing regulations, pricing governance in key global markets, standard operating procedures, and the business of healthcare in key marketsExperience with clinical and health economic data is desirableExperience across multiple therapeutic areas including Immunology is highly desirableAdditional Information
