Job Description
This position is to develop and implement strategic and action plans for the public hospitals’ market access nation-wide, establish long-term and robust partnerships with public hospitals, and achieve the company's business objectives.
+ Develop market access strategies for public hospital aligned with AA brand portfolio by analyzing regulatory policies and customer insights.
+ Achieve hospital listing objectives for key brands.
+ Develop a hospital customer management framework, establish strong connections with hospital management clients, and effectively communicate the company's development plans.
+ Lead key strategic and operational processes, (Target Hospital Planning, Listing Planning) in collaboration across functions.
+ Closely work with public sales team in conducting high-quality internal and external collaborations to achieve objectives.
+ Gain deep insights into the development trends of the healthcare system, systematically gather customer and peer insights, and identify short-term, medium-term, and long-term market opportunities and challenges to support the company's strategic planning.
+ Communicate and coordinate China market access issues, make sure the maximum of the rational utilization of resources.
+ A strong understanding and solving of market access issues in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Qualifications
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred. Good Mandarin and English skills both in oral and written. Solid background on project management.
+ 10 years and above work experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, with a combined background in marketing and sales management,
+ Have a good understanding of policy trends in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector and possess in-depth insights into hospital client management.

+ Be proactive, passionate, and willing to take on challenges and handle pressure.
